My husband brought our Impala in on Apri. 11th, 2025 as we noticed there was something was leaking on our vehicle. Needed to find out what it was and the car needed an oil change. Daniel did an inspection and found where the leak was coming from and did the oil change. He also, did a report on anything else that might need to be done in the near future which I appreciate very much as we are on a budget. Their attention to detail and what can hold off and what needs to be fixed with higher urgency. We would definitely recommend them. We are very happy to have them looking after our vehicle.

Absolutely the best experience! Evan personally attends to all needs and manages the tasks at hand efficiently with his amazing team. Extremely positive and a problem solver towards an ace customer satisfaction. By far most reasonably priced services so far.

They just did a passenger side engine mount for me due to excessive engine vibrations in the frame. They added on the extras, exterior bulbs and wipers at shop supply cost and still brought the total cost in under the 'no extras' estimate for the mount replacement alone. The replacement worked, the vibrations behind the passenger side dash are gone.

Edit: 4 years later, I brought in my 'new' 2007 VW Jetta in for an Parking brake repair and a diagnosis, and they got it done on budget and on time and given me an estimate for my thermistor as well. Great service as before.

Great experience at Car Craft! They got me in very quickly and were able to tell me what was wrong within a few hours. They provide a comprehensive inspection checklist and do not pressure you into making any repairs at their shop. Prices are fair if you do choose to go through them for repairs! They keep in contact with you throughout the process so you know what is going on! Highly reccomend and will be returning 🙂

Cheapest place for an out of province vehicle inspection in Kelowna!! Eric also went out of his way to get me the very best rate for a couple of things I had to replace, he was very patient and helped to explain everything to me. He was able to get my car back to me on the same day even when I had to get new tires, wheels, and a serpentine belt. Overall great trustworthy service!!!

**Review:**

I had an issue with my left low beam not working and went to Car Craft Automotive almost at closing time. They fixed it right away and didn’t charge me anything! The staff was super friendly and helpful. This place is fantastic—highly recommended! Thanks again for the great service!
