Car Craft Automotive opened with the goal of providing the best auto repair the Kelowna area has available. Since the beginning, Car Craft Automotive has grown into one of the community’s most trusted and advanced automotive service centers, making it the perfect dealership alternative. Built on the loyalty of an ever-growing list of satisfied customers, we give you the same top quality of expertise found at a dealership but provide a much better value. Here is your opportunity to get to know the professionals you’ll be trusting with your vehicle’s maintenance and repairs.

Tony Diemand

Business owner, Master Ford Technician, and dedicated husband and father to four children. He’s committed in all that he does, whether that’s running a successful repair shop, performing high-quality mechanical repairs or raising a healthy, happy family.

The combination of growing up on a farm and working with his father in various family businesses from the farm, excavating, fixing ski lifts to an automotive shop helped Tony develop a strong work ethic and integrity.

Tony had a successful career working as a Master Ford Technician yet yearned to be of even greater service. He opened his own custom-built garage and worked evenings and weekends. The little business thrived.

Customers love Tony’s mechanical skills and exceptional customer service so much so that some of them bring their trucks up from the lower mainland just to have Tony fix them.

When the opportunity to take over ownership of Car Craft became available in October 2013, Tony seized it. Everything about Car Craft appealed to Tony’s values and his belief in what a great automotive repair shop could be.

Tony’s credentials include

  • Being a Master Ford Technician (this is the highest level achievable by Ford Technicians)
  • 17 years Ford Diesel engine repair and Fords in general
  • Won the Canada Skills competition for automotive technicians

Brigitte Diemand

No one knows more than Brigitte how important customer service is and why great organization is key to being able to provide that level of service.

Her 25 years of administration and customer service experience made her a welcome addition to the Car Craft team. When you get the opportunity to see Brigitte in action you’ll understand why she is so valuable as a behind the scenes organizer.

Her goal is to keep the customers happy and smiling. If you’re lucky you may even get the chance to meet her in person as she will occasionally take on the role of Service Advisor.
